You're forgetting the whole point here - if someone is spraypainting on property that isn't theirs, its vandalism. Vandalism reduces property values. There are different groups within APD that handle different crimes - so why complain when the city is finally responding to the complaints of its citizens? Imagine YOUR property getting vandalized over and over - wouldn't you want something to be done about it? And if we called everyone who toted a spray paint an "artist" ... puh-lease. Last a checked a can a spray paint didn't give anyone special priviledges to put their "art" anywhere they please. I appreciate art, but put it where you're allowed to put it. No one said breaking the law was a requirement to be an artist. And as for the human trafficking comment - that responsibility actually roles up to the FBI. Don't be pissed because an officer is doing their job and taking it seriously!
