I ate at Rosebud and thoroughly enjoyed it. I'm 'sorry' I asked for the dressing on the side, but I enjoy the greens. I hate when salads are over-dressed and, sometimes, even dressed at all. What if I just want the quintessential components of the salad without the drooping, oily lettuce? It's true; some customers are difficult. I consistently deal with it at the restaurant I work at. Who cares? They're coming to your restaurant because they want to enjoy your food. So what if they ask for slight modifications? Do you want them to come back, or do you want them to think you're a douche? Respect your customers. They're looking to appreciate your food the way you do. Not everyone is so heinous. It's a salad. If that's the worst part of your day... I'd say you have a pretty decent life.
