hahahahaha i agree with Jamie! This guy is a hack....he can't seem to get off of Richard Blais' "hot dog" but wouldnt know country ham if it punched him in the face! And the plate that he described as "haphazard" looks strinkingly similiar to the "in jars" dish at Empire State South and no one seems to have a problem with that one! Plus, the decor and the handicap accesibility have NOTHING to do with whats going on in the kitchen. Dont get it twisted dude, leave the reviews to real food critics.
