Honestly, FuziOh, if you live any allergy that can/could cause anaphylaxis (food or otherwise), and are prescribed and Epi-pen, you should carry it with you at all times.
I have an intolerance to tomatoes so I don't have to deal with an Epi-pen, thankfully. But, my sister is allergic to carrots and has to carry a Pen. In fact, for a while, I carried a back-up for her in my bag, too.
It's true that servers, etc. should answer honestly, and make every effort to find out if the allergen(s) mentioned are contained in the item in question, but it is your responsibility too, to carry your Epi with you.
