I wish I could rate this place -1 stars! Please do not patronize Solera Spa! Save your money! They definitely don't deserve it. Incompetent, horrible customer service, overbooking, I could go on and on.

On 2/10, I purchased two packages for $280 to receive 2 massages, facials, and mani/pedis. This was a gift for Valentines day. I was told that the first open appointment was February 25th. I set up the appointment for 2/25 at 1130. Andrea stated that she wrote it down, and even told me how the day would be structured.

My card was charged the same day. I've been looking forward to this for 2 weeks. At exactly 1130, I showed up to the spa. I should have known something was wrong when the receptionst couldn't find my appointment. She went to the back and brought someone else out with her. I was told that they were booked up, and I would need to pick another date. What?! I already waited two weeks!! I asked that she call the manager, and nothing was done to appease me. I was even told that I had to wait until Monday for a refund. Really? They didn't have any problem taking out my money the same day. Why do I have to wait to get it back now? Oh yeah..when she called the manager, I overheard her tell the manager that someone else had the same problem earlier that day, but they were able to accommodate them.

Absolutely horrible service! Unapologetic and incompetent! How difficult is it to write down an appointment and not overbook? I will never visit this place or recommend it to ANYONE! Stay away!
