Re: “The Allman Brothers at Chastain Park”
The best show I've seen in years -- Gregg was strong, Derek was in the groove, and Warren played off Derek's intensity. It didn't hurt that they played nothing but hits, with special guests sitting in, AND played Franklin's Tower by the Dead in honor of Jerry Garcia's birthday, which was a good fit for them. Only complaint: at Chastain they can't play overtime!
