My family has attended Our lady of Lourdes church since atleast 1950. I think shared parking is the best compromise. I understand people want everybody else to walk or bike or ride MARTA but these people also don't realize how much crime still exists in the area. I attend 8 am service. I'm not walking from the King train station at 7 or 7:30 in the morning. It ain't happening.
I defnitely think it's about free speech. Just because I don't agree with his opinion on gay marriage, does not mean he can't operate a business, does it? Is there going to be a list produced telling us which companies are gay/ jewish/ black/ white/[insert your identifying group here] approved. I'll just spend my money with whichever company I choose, blissfully ignorant of the their evils or not.
I work in the building and it's a total waste of City funds. I'm sure sprucing up the facade of the building will improve worker productivity. How about making sure the drunken homeless people stop hanging around outside of the building asking employees for money? The only thing I do agree with is the pacman. Pacman is indeed awesome.
