I've always had great service at Manuel's and I have great respect for the owner for offering health insurance to his full-time staff. As a former bartender, I can attest to the fact that it is difficult to find restaurants who treat their employees with respect. If they do not return the favor, I know plenty of great servers and bartenders who would gladly come to Manuel's and offer the service that their customers deserve.
