Wow, Cliff - you definitely picked some excellent choices for your meal. I've been dining at Agave for 11 years now and they haven't missed a beat in that time. The green chile stew you referenced is one of the best things you can eat on a cold night like tonight. And the scallops are heaven on a plate for sure.
You didn't mention margaritas or dessert. A trip to Agave isn't complete without a margarita (or three)! And the Belgian chocolate mousse is still one of my favorite desserts in Atlanta. Ok, now I'm getting hungry...
