Re: “Underground Atlanta's future up for discussion - again”
Traffic needs to be addressed. It is a nightmare to get through that area. Loitering and homeless need to be removed but that is a major challenge. REMOVE the green abominations for vendors and go to a more stylish sidewalk shop style or at least put some kind of windows on the sides and rear for people to see the wares. Enforce truancy and loitering laws. Have more open air events with the space above 5 points that is currently gated off for some reason. This is a great city just mis managed.
