Extremely bad customer service --I bought my gf a pair of shoes for Valentine's Day, prefaced by asking if they did not fit could I exchange them for a 7. Saleswoman said yes. The 7.5 didn't fit, I went it to exchange them with original receipt within th...e 7 day period. There was still no 7, so they suggested I try a 6.5, I once again made sure to ask if this second pair didn't fit would I still be able to exchange for something else. I was told yes. Finally, the 3rd trip, she went in to exchange the shoes. She was told that not only could she NOT get store credit, but the boutique doesn't order sizes, when they sell out of the size, then that is it. Then went on to tell my gf that "...your boyfriend should just consider getting you a gift card instead next time." WTF? If I was told this on the first trip, especially with them knowing it was a gift, then I wouldn't have taken the risk. Now, she is stuck with a quite pricey pair of unworn shoes that does not fit. Let me end by saying, I am not one to complain, but it this case especially with it being a one owner type store, this instance should have been an exception. Even though, no exceptions should have been even needed. Extremely disappointed at how this transaction was handled. And, if this is how "Audrey" handles all her customers, I do not see this business being around for much longer. Enjoy the quite nice donation I donated to your store. Great morals.
