Re: “Wanted: Restaurant Critic

I wish you had a position for a gluten-free restaurant critic, because I have a lot of experience. I have celiac disease (16 years and counting), so I can only eat gluten-free cuisine. I believe only someone who eats gluten free can really comment on the taste/texture of the food. I have been reviewing gluten-free restaurants on Examiner.com as the Atlanta Gluten-Free Food Examiner for the last four years and I would welcome the opportunity to share these reviews with your readers. Re: “So you want to eat gluten-free in Atlanta?

The Atlanta Gluten & Allergen Free Wellness Event is on May 5 at Gwinnett Center from 11-5 p.m. The event caters to those who avoid multiple allergens, such as gluten, dairy, soy, nuts, grains, etc. There will be an 'Allergen Free Zone' where all products will be free of nuts. Companies with Kosher/gluten-free products will be there as the event is being held on Sunday.

Admission ($10 per adult, children 13 and under free) to the event includes:
• Product sampling and sales from more than 50 companies
• Free lectures from members of the gluten-free community
• Free cooking demonstrations
• A free bag to tote around samples and purchases

Come experience a day where learning is both fun and delicious!
