Does anybody else have a problem with the over-generalizations here? Just as stereotyping a whole group of people is a bad idea, stereotyping a whole city's customer service is fallacious. As if it were possible to say all southern customer service were one way...Are we making no allowances for the fact that service differs from business to business and from individual to individual? And day to day? Is someone going to be met with the same service at The Sound Table as they are at Pho joint on Buford Hwy? What are we actually talking about?
