My husband and I have eaten many delicious meals at Abattoir since Chef Brett has taken over the kitchen. Yes, the menu is somewhat different with each new chef. Yes, perhaps they still have not yet decided what they want to be. But the chicken wings mentioned in the review are one of the best additions to their menu since the new chef took over. Also, the lamb dish was one of the better main dishes we have had. It was fresh, light, and totally seasonally appropriate with the pickled fennel and radishes.
