I would just note, that the author's weighting of Facebook likes might be reconsidered. It seems Grayson has had a bit of a surge, and as at this posting has passed Handel. So starts the upward climb. Should be interesting to watch.
Mark, I agree that the Republican party has gotten it horribly wrong regarding education. This is why Grayson's idea's on education (read his article) are refreshing.
As far as the pro life/pro choice "debate", I don't think that it sits in a privacy discussion ("out of the bedroom"). That issue is a protection of life issue which is very different. It just happens to be that in many case the act that led to the issue occurs in bedrooms.
Personally, I would like to hear more from Grayson on this.
I think the thing to take away here is perhaps this guy is a different type. Reading some of HIS viewpoints (if anyone bothered) reveals he is fed up with politicians, and he has vastly different ideas than the stereotypes that many are quick to jump to.
A wise man once said "Knowledge speaks, wisdom listens."
Take a few moments to see what he is saying, then put your position/response on his ideas forward for discussion.
Let's see if he's legit. If he is, the Republicans will shun him because they will be scared of his message. The Democrats will shun him because he's black and is not voting Democrat. I hope he makes it, he has a basic and refreshing message....follow the constitution!
