<![CDATA[I read your collumn on the internet about Garland Pinholster and the Basketball at Oglethorpe...One story for the books...I was Captain and pont guard on the Jacksonville State team in 1958 -59 team taht played Oglethorpe when they were ranksed #1 in the nstion in their class .Our coach didn't think we could win and chose to freeze the ball the entire game..Score at half time was 0-0. True Was only one shot the entire half ..Bobby knight was not the first to throw a chair across the floor..Pinholster did a the close of 1st half and I took the shot and missed.
