      <![CDATA[I used to be a big fan of Chef Chang when he was here in DC area - I went to his restaurant almost every other weekend even though I  assume too much spicy food may not be very good, but I just can't hold it. until in May 2006, i feel the taste is not the same any more and found out he had left the restaurant.
