If you don't even know how to determine what a right is, it doesn't matter what or who is "securing" them. If you want them secured at "the highest level" maybe you're for empowering the UN to "secure rights".

if the $500+ million wasn't given to blank so he could fleece you for PSLs, it could have gone to dozens of other uses that atlanta needs it for OR STAYED IN THE POCKETS OF AMERICAN TAXPAYERS.
