      <![CDATA[We cut eight pages from the Guidebook to meet our reduced budget. I don't recall if I used the phrase "fat inboxes," but I did try to point out that we have found that calling a school directly by phone is a good way to contact someone at a school.

      <![CDATA[While the adults in charge see who can cash their checks the fastest and what Buckhead lawyer they're gonna hire next, the kids within APS go without functional Internet service most of the time. Despite millions doled out in "technology" contracts to somebody's buddy.
