Very interesting comment. Are you speaking of the 285 project - it certainly appears to be headed in the direction one would have guessed from the beginning - public meetings seem to matter as much as somebody in some backroom.

The first is that a PROMISE was made to the public years ago that the tolls would come down once the bonds had been retired. There was no ifs, and or buts included in that promise.
