I'm guessing Sprayberry got permission from GT since the yellow jacket emblem looks identical. There is just no way a school right up the road from Tech would do this and get away with it for so long.

It's not like the high school is in any way competing with Tech or stands to make any profit of the yellow jacket trademark.
