A lot of those scribbles you think come from punks, are just the tags of writers who are actually talented in other ways in their house and in the streets.

Yes its true, a fair amount of writers are just illiterate punks; but they are out there risking their freedom, just to be out there doing what they love. Yupp, its vandalism, but most people don't just tag and paint because its their pissy.
