Saturday, November 19 4 PM, I park my car outside Georgia tech Hotel in downtown Atlanta

Went to the booth, inserted my card entered the amount and I thought I paid my ticket and waited for the receipt did not get the receipt. The meter indicated that the transaction had been completed . So I called their 800 number on the parking meter and left a message.

If you ask them, they did. I spoke with Councilman Hall a couple of times during moratorium period and expressed my concern of enforcement times.

Please investigate why Atlanta Police officers and various counties Sheriff’s departments deputies are allowed to park their personal vehicles in a clearly marked “No Parking” and “Tow Away Zone” near Grady Hospital and expired pay parking meters. This happens on a daily basis without any tickets issued from ParkAtlanta.

So wait-- they only brought in just shy of $6 million last year? They have to pay the city $5.5 million no matter what, and still have the costs of employee salaries, maintaining their fleet, etc. Given how many different cars and officers I've seen, it sounds like they may have actually lost money in Atlanta last year.
