yes people can cry all they want, but the best thing anyone could have done is at least spend a $10 bill at the local shop instead of spending the same $10 bill at a Spencers...

either way, people can say the economy is improving, but to me it really doesn't seem like it as I keep seeing stories of stores closing instead of opening....
