If you can show that Atlanta's economic problems are BEST solved by streetcars, I'm buying it 1000%

I am not quite sure the evidence is overwhelmingly in favor of that argument, but I'm all ears. Let's see a business case that projects NPV against +10 years after the projected completion.

Yes it is - but the C park section is Phase 3.
Phase 1 and 2 are all on the east of Peachtree.

The initial phase looks like it will run around 9-10 blocks - I'm not totally sure that's worth hopping on and off too many times. or building too many developments.

Are all those people traveling this truncated corridor currently using cars?
