      <![CDATA[I like the idea of this, but will agree as I've worked in the food business - it'll only take ONE person to now follow the rules precisely to make a lot of people sick.. and the lawsuits will shut the event down before it gets a footing.

      <![CDATA[I would describe the market as an "incubator" for pathogens in food products prepared and handled by amateurs and likely subject to time-temp abuse.<br>
