      <![CDATA[Best way to avoid a hangover, other than avoiding alcohol, is to alternate water in between every alcoholic beverage. Equal amounts of water in between drinks, so if you do shots, you can prob do like 3 then you need around 8oz of water before you start drinking again.

      <![CDATA[Zensenji-According to the video the carbs were to be eaten before drinking, not in the morning unless you are referring to the banana they suggested for breakfast??? They also suggested eggs which are low carb/high in protein.

      <![CDATA[Not a fan of the video. I'm on a low carbohydrate diet, and my personal experiences have led me to the conclusion that a bunch of carbs (i.e. fructose) in the morning does not help my hangovers one bit.
