      <![CDATA[CL didn't address how you spend 695 million dollars on a bus service that will run up the HOV and then soon to be built HOT lanes. Doesn't that seem a little expensive for some buses and a couple of park and ride lots?

Who knows what it will be, though I'm sure whatever it will it will have lots of those faux brick pavers ,  faux old timey streetlights and benches, which the I guess are liked by  those millennials that I've been hearing about.

      <![CDATA[You need to read the Buford Highway improvements description more carefully. Its all May and since we know GDOT will be running it you know much of the money will be directed to flow optimization, not pedestrian safety.

      <![CDATA[MARTA needs $2bn to survive but gets only $600mm. Meantime we spend $600mm apiece on  streetcar lines and Clifton corridor rail that nobody much will use.<br>
