As an ex smoker I would rather they ban smoking in the rest of Atlanta bars than in parks. There are so many awesome bars I don't go to anymore because I don't want to be around the smoke.

They are selectively enforced. If they don't want you in the park anyway based on how you look you get a ticket or go to jail.
