Since you have worked in the arts in Atlanta since 1999, you should know that WAC would already have their name associated with this project if they were supporting it.

From a Neighbor Newspapers report today: "In a news release, the Woodruff Arts Center in Midtown Wednesday announced its annual campaign raised nearly $9.3 million in fiscal 2013, which ended May 31. It is the most money ever raised to support the arts and arts education at the center in a single annual campaign, and included donations from corporations, foundations and individuals."

I do think that repairing streets that have been plated at the same spots for years is a better use of public funds than this gallery.
