      <![CDATA[I don't find HHager's posts to be confusing, contradictory, or circular. <br>
<br>
It seems to me that he simply pointed out that distribution in growlers does provide an important alternative for new breweries and that changes in the the three tier distribution system is what should be focused on to give breweries the ability to sell directly for off premise consumption.<br>
<br>
Neither of these points was clearly made in the original article.

      <![CDATA[The Gorgeous One was at The Porter and had 2 "craft" beers...and man to say I haven't tasted the same flavors in about 95% of other craft beers is an understatement. <br>

You are correct in that the article does not deny anything I said about growlers stores nor does it mention them - which was one of my points.<br>
<br>
Of course breweries need distribution - any manufacturing business does. But for the purpose of this discussion please consider "distribution" to be the entire process involved in getting a manufacturer's product to the end user rather than simply the idea of simply picking a distributor.

      <![CDATA[I'll bet A LOT of money that Orpheus will not be open July 2013 - probably not even in 2013 at all. It takes at least 6 months for brewing equipment to arrive after placing the order and Jason Pallett says he plans to order his equipment in March (easy math...September at the earliest).
