      <![CDATA[The only reason why prices are inching up is because its Spring and the realtors/banks are artificially inflating the market for the buying season. Between the banks' inventory they are sitting on and the desparate owners who currently can't sell because they are underwater, there is a lot of houses itching to flood the market down the road.
