A hall of a time

Soprano Teri Dale Hansen and tenor Eric Van Hoven join the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra for ASO NEW YEAR'S EVE, a concert that features a complimentary glass of champagne as a chaser to a program of pops and classics. Hansen and Van Hoven will be crooning songs from major operas such as La Bohème, La Traviata and Turandot through the first act, while the second half offers selections from such Broadway hits as West Side Story, Wicked and A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum, culminating with "I Could Have Danced All Night" from My Fair Lady. Pop conductor Michael Krajewski leads the orchestra. Dec. 31, 8 p.m. $30-$68. Atlanta Symphony Hall, Woodruff Arts Center, 1280 Peachtree St. 404-733-5000. www.atlantasymphony.org.
