Chef Branden Holte is bringing you a “Not So Unnatural” beer dinner featuring Uinta Brewery. On May 1 indulge in a locally-inspired three course menu. The first course will get the best of your sweet and savory taste buds with a Georgia Peach Romaine Salad followed by a second course of Meyer Lemon PEI Mussels. Beer pairings come with each course, closing out the evening with the Roasted Leg of Lamb. Meehan’s staff has appropriately paired it with the Uinta’s Anniversary Ale.
