Join Miller Union executive chef Steven Satterfield at The Cook's Warehouse in Midtown on Sat., August 22 as he teaches the essentials of pickling, canning and preserving with summer produce. From 7 to 9 p.m., Satterfield will demonstrate canning plum tomatoes, bourbon peaches, pickled okra, pickled green beans and green tomato chutney followed by wine tastings.
