One of Atlanta's hidden gems is all the undiscovered talent its citizens have to offer. Case in point: ARTLANTIS is all about taking underground art to the next level -- the street level. The third annual ARTlantis Arts and Music Festival exposes attendees to an art scene off the beaten path and also allows artists to showcase their work in front of a larger audience. There will be a ton of talented local artists and bands this year, not to mention plenty of food and drink.
