Benefit Performance: The Vagina Monologues

Thurs., April 5

Eve Ensler's Obie-award winning play The Vagina Monologues has transformed from a one-woman show exploring the "feminine mystique" to a global movement advocating women's rights. V-Day, the accompanying international holiday, strives to bring an end to violence against women through benefit performances of Monologues. The V-DAY ATLANTA 2007 WORLDWIDE CAMPAIGN on Thurs., APRIL 5, features performances from Ensler, Jane Fonda, Pearl Cleage, Sara Blakely, Doria Roberts and the Atlanta Women's Feminist Choir. $50-$200. 7 p.m. Tabernacle, 152 Luckie St. 404-249-6400.
