Best 24-hour Restaurant, Almost

R. THOMAS' DELUXE GRILL, a favorite Sunday brunch destination, is one of the city's most eccentric restaurants. It's open 21 hours a day, closing from 6-9 a.m. for cleanup. Its dining room is a climate-controlled patio surrounded by flowers tended by R. Thomas himself. Its menu is attractive to carnivores and vegetarians alike. (In fact, you can buy some of its vegan dishes at organic markets around town.) Fresh juices and teas are another big draw.

1812 Peachtree St. 404-881-0246.
