Divided into "tastes" and "small plates," a recent meal included summer-sweet corn soup with basil and roasted pepper puree; a plate of flash-fried squash blossoms stuffed with mild goat cheese and served with a roasted beet emulsion; and local peaches wrapped in prosciutto with blue cheese and fig puree.
