Best Bar Food

We have seen (and tasted) the future of bar food, and it's being served at HALO LOUNGE. Chef Stephan Leed's outre creations outdo any other offerings being served in a dark, smoky room in town. Just the descriptions alone are enough to pique interest: truffled mac and cheese, collard greens with vanilla vinegar and the Bad Ass cheese plate are just a few. Food is served 5-10 p.m., before the swank crowds start to fill the even swankier space. Come early one night and check it out. One question, though: Do we really have to pay $4 to taste "Stephan's salty nuts"?
