has everything you want in a breakfast place: a hip assortment of folks looking tame as they wipe the sleep from their eyes; a funky vibe that feels cool but still come-as-you-are; and a long list of breakfast dishes that runs the gamut from tofu scramble to steak and eggs. We especially love the Southwestern scramble with black beans, guac and salsa, as well as the waffle cakes -- pancakes made with Belgian waffle batter -- filled with pecans and served with their own little bottle of gen-u-wine maple syrup. Waits can be long on weekends, but that's pretty much a given in this town, isn't it?
