Best Intown Study of the Static Head of Hops

The original Virginia-Highland's Taco Mac, opened in 1979, was where many Atlantans first discovered that there was more to beer than yellow piss-water. Problem was, the tiny space limited the number of draughts available, and the Mac didn't even provide glasses for that $7 bottle of Hefeweizen. The larger suburban locations were, well, in the suburbs. With the opening of the DECATUR TACO MAC two years ago, intowners can now sample from 92 taps and have their Belgian ale poured into a proper snifter. Yes, it's a chain, but it's our chain. The wings still kick ass, and if there's a beer you're craving, chances are they've got it.
