For decades, Atlanta skateboarders have ducked rent-a-cops or schlepped OTP to grind curbs and ollie gaps. Thanks to the Beltline, they'll soon be able to enjoy the city's first public skate park. Located along the Beltline near Freedom Parkway, the unofficially named FOUNDATION SKATE PARK will feature 15,000 square feet of concrete, banks, bowls and rails — essentially, everything riders could want and have long deserved. 766 Willoughby Way. www.beltline.org.
