in Roswell is one of those restaurants that in-laws ask to return to time and time again on their annual visit. Harold Marmulstein's cooking has a timeless yet modern American sensibility with cross-generational appeal. Wood-grilled steaks are temptingly juicy, but this place really shines in its seafood preparations. And ohmygod -- those lumpy, transcendent crab cakes! (If you're from Maryland, this is your mecca.) The prices can be steep, but a $25 three-course prix fixe menu available Monday through Friday makes this an affordable weekday stop even when the folks aren't in town.
