, infamous radio talk show host, is almost too easy a target. Here's a guy who claims to be a Libertarian -- which means less government. But all he really wants is for government to help rich white guys like himself. And, as opposed to most Libertarians, who feel war is the ultimate exercise in crazed big government, Nealie is all for bombing and shooting and smashing and demolishing. What won him our nod, however, was a recent rant on the fact that the number of poor people in America is increasing. The poverty guideline, about $18,000 or less for a family of four, is a farce, pronounced Boortz, because the government only counts wages, not a family's stocks, investments, business ownership, etc. Well, Neal, we'd like you to start with zip in the bank, earn $18,000 a year (just for you, forget supporting a family), and then see how long it takes before you have a million-dollar stock portfolio, and own a few booming businesses.
