Between Clear Channel, Ticketmaster and RIAA lawsuits, it's harder and harder for average kids to enjoy music. But there is hope after all. The newly notable NEUTRON BOMB has set up shop in a strip mall storefront at the crux of Old Fourth Ward and Cabbagetown. Inside a stark room, DIY bands pound out visceral thrills to snotty kids with hearts on their sleeves, standing too punk to care with arms crossed and bored looks, practicing for their eventual days at the Earl.
