QUINONES AT BACCHANALIA — the third venture of critically feted owners/chefs of Floataway Café/Bacchanalia Anne Quatrano and Clifford Harrison — fills both. Featuring a single seating of 35 a night for a prix-fixe menu of 8 to 10 courses at $95 or $165 with wine pairings, Quinones offers deftly plated French-influenced tastings in a courtyard-sided room. The decor is unobtrusive yet dramatic, not overtly theatrical like so many Atlanta restaurants.
