Best Place to Hear Music for Free

Centennial Olympic Park

Marietta Street and Techwood Drive http://www.gwcc.com/park/
Devoid of Chastain's stargazing wine guzzlers and surrounded by skyscrapers, Centennial Olympic Park reminds us that, every now and then, Atlanta can feel like a big city. Thanks to 99X's On the Bricks concert series and Star94's spur-of-the-moment gigs (that free John Mellencamp show at noon last spring was a blast), the park could become a big contender amongst the metro area's outdoor venues.
