Best Restaurant for Entertainment

Many restaurants with entertainment skimp on the grub. Not at THE SWALLOW AT THE HOLLOW, where a serious music crowd is treated to some of the area's best barbecue. Every weekend, three songwriters from Nashville's Bluebird Cafe strut their stuff. Their names may be unfamiliar, but chances are their music won't be -- as these are the folks who supply songs to country heavyweights like Alan Jackson and Tricia Yearwood. Still not impressed? Well, there's always the barbecue. A half-rack of ribs is served with generous sides and a trinity of sauces -- mustard, Carolina vinegar-based and tomato-based.
