We've been waiting a long time for a truly fantastic po' boy in this town, and now PARISH FOOD AND GOODS has finally given us one actually, it's provided three. Served on crackly fresh-baked French bread, the sandwich comes with a choice of shrimp, sweet sausage or our favorite, fried oysters. The downstairs market also makes a mean BLT, with locally raised pork belly flanked by fresh red and fried green tomatoes. If you're in serious carnivore mode, the muffuletta with salami, mortadella, ham and provolone should fit the bill.
